Didn’t text me when order was ready/set at door so it got cold while I was waiting. Drove home and then realized it was missing the steamed rice. /cry

2nd time I got delivery and my order was wrong. This time there was no sweet and sour sauce with the sweet and sour chicken I ordered.

We love Bao!! Our only preference would be if they indicated on their menu what can and can't be made gluten free.

I placed my order on line for delivery. The process was simple and the food was delivered to my hotel room in a timely manner by a very polite deliveryman. The service experience was excellent. The food was good, but not remarkable.

Bao is a great restaurant. BeyondMenu is a terrible service. I have uninstalled the app and will avoid this monstrosity in the future.
